During the short rainy season in November and December the herds move from the hills in the north to the plains in the south. During the longer rainy season from April to June they return up north. As the migration is completely dependent on the yearly rainfalls, the location of the herds may vary from one year to another although, your guide will know where to locate the animals and where to see them best.

Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Stories From Those Who Traveled With Us
EXCELLENT Based on 112 reviews Posted on Tripadvisor Gunter KVerified Climb Kilimanjaro - a lifetime experience My wife and me had a great experience climbing Kilimanjaro on the Lemosho route (8 days) with Ungi Tours. We had a great team with 2 guides, a cook, experts for sleeping and toilet tent as well as many powerful porters. The organization was perfect. We got every help needed. The team tried everything to make us the trip as convenient as possible. Climbing Kilimanjaro it is all about the last day, starting at midnight at Barafu Camp at 4.673 m and climbing, climbing, climbing. Very happy we made it.Posted on Tripadvisor Federica NVerified La mejor experiencia ♥️ fue una experiencia única ! disfrutamos y pudimos ver a todos los animales. súper recomendable, el team de Ungí Tour es excelente y ya queremos volver.Posted on Tripadvisor P sVerified Ally: An Exceptional Safari Guide in Tanzania Ally was an outstanding guide who went above and beyond for our family. From the moment we met him, he treated us as if we were his own, ensuring we felt safe, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our safari. His deep knowledge of the animals and environment enriched every moment of the journey, while his skill as a driver and his unfailing courtesy made the experience both comfortable and memorable. If you are looking for a guide and driver in Tanzania, we could not recommend Ally more highly—you will be in safe, knowledgeable, and truly caring hands with him.Posted on Tripadvisor 혜경 이Verified Unforgettable Tanzania-UNGI Tour My first trip to Africa! The trip started in South Africa and ended in Tanzania. UNGI Tours allowed me to travel to two destinations comfortably according to my wishes. The Kilimanjaro day tour was not a steep climb, but it was not an easy path as it is the highest peak on the continent. Jamali, who guided us, walked beside me like a slow turtle and encouraged me to reach the destination. The blue monkeys and birds we met along the way also became a resting point on the difficult road. The 4-day Serengeti tour was also an unforgettable memory. The many animals I met at the Ngorongoro Crater, the hunting cheetahs I encountered in the Serengeti, the lazy lions hunting for their families, and countless other animals. Above all, the unforgettable starry night at Embalakai Campsite. Thanks to the owner and friendly guides of UNGI Tours, my trip to Africa was successful.Posted on Tripadvisor SerafinaVerified Amazing Safari!!
